I've only used it a little, but no complaints my end. Some aspects seem good (Like quick launch games, voice command etc) but nothing that is really that much better than the previous dash.
Seems some people are having issues with the dash causing Xboxlive login issues as well.
It is easy enough to navigate around, so should do the job nicely.
The new feature where you can broadcast interest in playing games etc seems like it may turn out to be a good feature as well. |

Voice control was surprisingly accurate, though microsofts advertising seems to be a lot more blatant. I guess the main thing is most functions are still the same after pushing the ms button on the controller so I guess it's an improvement. |

frag hate it, its just like a windows phone and there frag stupid to operate!
Spose like the older one its guna take abit to get use to it, cant see what was wrong with old one! |

I think it's much easier to navigate compared to the last dash. You can see exactly where you're trying to head (The last one had to go up/down with out knowing which tab was which).
Not sure about this beacon thing. I like the fact that now instead of saying you have come online again when starting up a game it says "sib0rg has started playing Battlefield 3" for example. Much more useful, especially if your already playing that game and wanna hook up. |

I got the update, got annoyed that the dashboard had changed so decided to play the Wii instead.

It's good.
I actually prefer it over the last effort and the voice commands work well. Wish we had bing voice search though. |
